Currently PFI FUTURE S.A. conducts wide-ranging investment activities throughout Poland. The new Multifunctional Building for Free Time and Leisure in Gdansk. The concept, designed by PFI Future S.A. won an international competition for the development of the area located next to Energa Gdańsk Stadium. The complex includes a number of zones, including a large Aquarium, the 5D+ Cave of Science, Exotic Lagoon, shopping and gastronomic areas, a medical centre and the Hotel Secret Continental. The investment is an excellent response to the current tourist, entertainment and educational needs. It is a complex that will soon become the new engine for tourism in the city and will become the largest tourist attraction on the Polish coastline.
NATIONAL FORUM OF MUSIC
The NFM is a modern concert hall, situated in the heart of the Old Town in Wrocław. Dedicated acoustical solutions and extensive functional capabilities emphasize its unique character, and have helped to create one of the most modern concert halls in Europe. The construction of this unique investment was a great engineering and logistical challenge, requiring innovative engineering during the entire construction process. The General Contractor had to face many difficulties and create a number of dedicated design, architectural, acoustic and installation solutions. The National Forum of Music is already a host of cultural initiatives on a local, national and European scale.
It is a unique investment, which stands within the Wroclaw Zoological Garden and was the first attraction of this type in the Republic of Poland. In terms of technological and visual solutions, it occupies first place in Europe for buildings of this kind. The Afrykarium-Oceanarium has been a success, both from artistic and construction points of view. The building turned out to be a perfect investment, as it quickly achieved great commercial and tourist success. The highly yearly attendances have confirmed its place as the most popular tourist attraction in Poland.
This unique and historic property has undergone extensive modernization, while preserving and refurbishing its historic features. The facility is equipped with high-quality electronic systems, access control systems, fire protection and suppression systems and a full closed-circuit surveillance system, which meets the high standards and legal requirements for organizing events at modern sports facilities. Currently the object is used for sporting events, which include among others – Speedway, American football and football. It was the main host of the of the WORLD GAMES 2017.
NICOLAS BUSINESS CENTER
Nicolas Business Center is a modern 6 storey office building with its own large underground car park. The Business Center is located close to the Market Square in Wroclaw. The scale, the clearly defined form and the excellent exposure of the office building significantly affect its visibility and make it a prime location for business in the city. HISTORY CENTER ZAJEZDNIA
The former public transport depot “Zajezdnia” on Grabiszynska Street in Wroclaw is a unique place. The building dates from the end of the 19th century, and has served as a witness to the complicated history of the city. Today, it provides a special insight into the history of the City of Wroclaw between 1945-2016.
The carefully designed scenography combines with a multitude of interactive exhibits, while the exhibition itself is arranged as a model of the city as it existed throughout the modern era. It ensures that visitors will enjoy many amazing experiences, while also ensuring that the educational goal of the museum is met. This is an excellent example of how a modern museum can be fused with a family leisure destination, providing entertainment for entire families.
